About

Popround is your IRL networking assistant, started by MIT, Stanford, and Harvard alumnus.

In a world populated by artificial bots, we want to create a new space of IRL networking for business and professional users, where AI serves the user, not pretends to be one.

Popround starts with intro videos, because self-intro is where everything begins: for business, social, hiring, or at events.

Everyone can create a professional intro video for themselves in real life, directly from their own LinkedIn profile or resume, for business or social introductions, event gatherings, hiring and job applications, and personal branding.

The Popround Handle is the permanent link to the intro video, which can be embedded to Email, Website, WhatsApp, Slack, and social networks. The video contents can updated in real time, there is no need to re-upload or re-share the Popround handle.

Links can be attached to the Popround Handle for follow-ups, such as calendar link for meeting scheduling, Strava link for sports and outdoor activities, WhatsApp link for messaging, Stripe link for payments, and any other link.

Popround is not another social network. It is not about how many “connections” you have, who else you seem to be “connected” with, or how many thumb-ups or comments you get from your postings.

Popround is about you.

It is the best tool that helps you to tell your IRL story in 60 seconds.
